Portsmouth Abbey Ice Arena – Portsmouth RI
On this project Midmass supplied all materials and labor to remove and replace the entire roof including all roof purlins (roof structural supports). After the old roof and purlins were removed Midmass installed a new Painted standing seam roof system including the “Energy Saver” R-38 fabric insulation system. All the materials supplied fit like a glove and the job was a huge success being featured in Metal Construction News Magazine.
210 Storage, Worcester MA
For this project MidMass crews built a new facility for 210 Self Storage at 210 SW Cutoff in Worcester MA.
The three story building enclosed by installing 3 inch thick foam insulated panels giving it a sleek look.
Midmass also built all of the partition walls for several hundred storage units throughout it’s three levels.
